Pine Hill invites your family or group of friends to enjoy a refreshing holiday in a landscape embraced by nature. This well equipped holiday home combines a rustic atmosphere with modern conveniences.

The exceptionally spacious and multi-functional house is perfect for get-togethers of different generations. Pine Hill sleeps confortably 10 persons, of whom 8 in separate bedrooms and 2 in the common area. Equipped with fast wireless broadband (7-10M), this cottage is excellent for remote working.

The living area, kitchen and dining area combined make a whopping 75 m2. There are two large tables for dining or other activities: the kitchen table seats 8-10 persons and the bay window table 6. In the kitchen you can find a comforting masonry oven and a wide selection of cooking supplies.

Scratching the little calves or bathing in the shallow lake water is the favourite pastime of many children. On the shore patio you can conveniently cook and watch the little ones play at once. We have paid attention to the confort of our younger guests with indoor and outdoor toys and swings by the yard dining table. Any future architects can practice their building skills in a sand box.

Cleaning the Body and Mind in a Savonian Yard Sauna

Pine Hill has two saunas. The easy to use electric sauna of the main building was fully renovated in 2014. Children can enjoy the warmth sitting on a low bench.

The speciality of this cottage is the Savonian yard sauna, built in 2008. The sauna was inspired by the old smoke sauna of the Pinnu farm. Built with traditional techniques, the benches of this robust sauna are of aspen.

The traditional sauna pampers you with gentle heat, and nothing refreshes like a dip in the lake. You can cool off at the porch under rowan trees and enjoy the warmth of the stove in the dressing room.
